Volunteers will assist arriving and departing guests with properly parking at the facility and help monitor parking area Volunteers will help check in volunteers for shift, position them in their assigned areas, assign additional volunteers to areas, and monitor the volunteer area to make sure it is stocked with food and beverages for all volunteers. Volunteers will be responsible for staffing the beer selling areas, handling cash exchanges and dealing with customers throughout the day. Volunteers will help prepare the stage for all performances, aiding with set-changes, carrying items, etc. Heavy lifting ability is required. Volunteers will be responsible for helping vendors load in their products and monitor area to ensure that all vendors and customers are satisfied. They will help support vendors in any requests they may have. Volunteers will work to support the VIP Area, ensuring that all supplies are full, all guests are treated well and any concerns that arise are addressed immediately. Volunteers will help work with the food court vendors to supply guests with the proper service required and ensure that all areas are fully stocked and monitored. Volunteers will help sell event merchandise and distribute gift bags to all in attendance.
Volunteers will work in support of the Box Office needs of the event, welcoming registrants, providing information and helping them enter the event. Additionally, they will assist the accounting team with day of donations and ticket purchases. Volunteers will help monitor the consumption of alcohol by those in attendance, screening IDs of those in attendance to ensure there are of age to consume alcohol.
