Parking Attendent - Afternoon

Volunteers will assist arriving and departing guests with properly parking at the facility and help monitor parking area


Volunteer Area - Afternoon

Volunteers will help check in volunteers for shift, position them in their assigned areas, assign additional volunteers to areas, and monitor the volunteer area to make sure it is stocked with food and beverages for all volunteers.


Beer Gardens - Afternoon

Volunteers will be responsible for staffing the beer selling areas, handling cash exchanges and dealing with customers throughout the day.


Stage Hands - Afternoon

Volunteers will help prepare the stage for all performances, aiding with set-changes, carrying items, etc. Heavy lifting ability is required.


Vendor Support - Afternoon

Volunteers will be responsible for helping vendors load in their products and monitor area to ensure that all vendors and customers are satisfied. They will help support vendors in any requests they may have.


VIP Area - Afternoon

Volunteers will work to support the VIP Area, ensuring that all supplies are full, all guests are treated well and any concerns that arise are addressed immediately.


Food Court - Afternoon

Volunteers will help work with the food court vendors to supply guests with the proper service required and ensure that all areas are fully stocked and monitored.


Merchandise - Afternoon

Volunteers will help sell event merchandise and distribute gift bags to all in attendance.


Accounting & Box Office - Afternoon

Volunteers will work in support of the Box Office needs of the event, welcoming registrants, providing information and helping them enter the event. Additionally, they will assist the accounting team with day of donations and ticket purchases.


ID Check - Afternoon

Volunteers will help monitor the consumption of alcohol by those in attendance, screening IDs of those in attendance to ensure there are of age to consume alcohol.


General Event Volunteer - Afternoon

Volunteers will be assigned to a location based on needs of the event


Event Set-up - Friday, March 28th

Volunteers will help with set-up needs the day before ING DIRECT Ride Now South Florida.
