Dear ING DIRECT Ride Now partner,

We are pleased to offer this vendor packet for the 2008 ING DIRECT Ride Now South Florida event. Please read the enclosed packet for all the who, what, where and when’s of the event. All proceeds of this event will go towards awareness, Research and fund science for individuals affected by Autism.

The attached vendor packet contains:

2) Booth requirements
3) Product Sponsors & Additional service available at the event
4) Agreement of additional Terms and Conditions.
5) Vendor Application

Health permits are required for each food vendor, without exception. Please note that admittance will be denied with out proper permits from the Health Department.

Insurance certificates must be on file with us prior to March 21, 2008. Policies must be for a minimum of $1,000,000 general liability. Your company, Autism Speaks, Pompano Racetrack must be listed as a certificate holder.

Autism Speaks does not carry workers compensation for you or your employees. We assume that you are providing the proper insurance for your group.

Please note that a site-plan of the vendor fair. Upon receipt of your vendor registration we will then assign your booth. You may pick up to 3 locations for us to help assign you a booth. We will make every attempt to accommodate all choices. Booths are given on a first come first served capacity. We must have on file a signed copy of the rules and regulations by 10am on Sat. 3/29/08.
